The title of this post sounds like something from Rawhide! It's really about fabric and market makes though. If you've been keeping up you'll know that I'm off to the Bristol market next week. Here's the new fabric I got for my stash. The bottom fabric is by Heather Bailey for Free Spirit, the colourful spotty ones are by Michael Miller and the very top spotty one is by Riley Blake. I'll be using the spottys mostly for lining bags or as accent fabric on the outside of bags or as purses (or wallets for my US friends).
Next we have a little pinafore in gorgeous busy, colourful needlecord. This is for one of my granddaughters.
Finally we have a few more makes for the market next week.
This last one looks like a plain clutch but it is really an Ipad case. That's your lot today. I'm doing a short post because I have a chest infection and I'm feeling a poorly. (Thank you for that Awhhh Bless!)

I'm sorry you're sick. I hope you get better quick. Thanks for sharing all the lovelies with us. I especially love the dog print clutch. Is that vinyl?
Thanks Tammy, the dog clutch is made of oilcloth. Wipeclean and waterproof!
You always make such pretty things. How very lucky that your granddaughter has someone to make her such lovely dresses! That fabric is so bright and pretty.
I've included the dress in my Featured Friday post this week. I've linked to both your blog and this post and mentioned that you make purses for sale - Featured Friday - 11-25-11.
Get better soon, Christine! I've just made your Modern Messenger from Sew Hip magazine for the second time. this time I made a few adaptations but struggled a bit. I think i used the wrong interfacing and wadding. Do you ever run workshops? I'd love to sew with someone guiding me sometimes.
Margaret
