Flawless Bag

Fitting the deed to the word I have now made my new bag and there isn't a flaw in sight!  It has straps long enough to go over my shoulder and it's quite roomy.  It's got lots of pockets inside as well as the pocket on the front.
The pretty fabric is Phillip Jacobs Westminster Fabric Daffodils and Dogwood Brown.  As you can see at the top of bag the lining is green and reddish orange spots cotton.   Also the handles are attached with these pretty gold rings.
I'm hoping to do the Bishopston Market again in December so I've been starting to think about stock.
Last year I sold quite a few little owl cushions (like above) so this year I thought I'd make some bigger ones.  This is what I've done.  What do you think?

So now I've cut out another 5 of these so I'll have 6 to sell.  A problem I face with markets is knowing how many of each item to make.  On the one hand I want to have enough stock of items that are selling well, on the other I don't want to be left with lots of unsold stock.  Bags aren't so bad because I can then put them on them in my shop but other things are then harder to sell.  Still there's always Etsy and Folksy. The market wants things suitable for men and boys, I've thought of iphone and ipad covers but if you have any other suggestions please leave a comment.

I like that the lining is a light coloured fabric. Can never understand why dark is usually used, it makes the interior so dark you can't find anything.

She's a girl called Jessie. She's lovely and I call her Jessie the Sewing Wonder Dog. She sits beside me and is very patient when I'm sewing. She'll wait to go for a walk when I'm finished!
