I spent saturday at the Knitting and Stitching show at Alexandra Palace.  My lovely husband came with me even though it's not really his cup of tea.  I had a great time.  I met Nel Whatmore on the Coates/Westminster Fabric Stand.  She had a display of lots of her beautiful colourful fabrics including some made up into cushions, quilts and bags.  The bags were mine. How exciting to have 2 bags on display!

I also visited the Kal Media stand to meet up with the people from Sew Hip Magazine.  They had another lovely colourful stand and I got some copies of their new magazine Handmade Living.  This is a gorgeous magazine full of great stuff for the home - growing veggies, cooking, mending, creating, garden hints and more.  A general walk around this amazing show is a must just to see the wealth of craft on display.  I saw fabric I really loved, beautiful buttons, threads, wool and loads more.  I managed to get tired-er and tired-er the longer I was there so I was glad to get back on the train to go home. 

My shop isn't getting many hits so please do pop over and see what I've got.  It's some of the best bag making supplies you'll see on the web - even if I say so myself!
