I haven't posted since the end of june and it's now the 17th of July. Why so quiet I hear you ask. Well I'm moving house from one little village in mid Kent to another. The new house isn't far away but when it comes to moving it makes no difference. I've been sorting through things, throwing things into the skip, recycling, and giving stuff away. I've only been in this house for 11 years but I can't believe how much I've accumulated. We've already got the keys to the new house so I've also been painting, filling, sanding and making tea for the various workmen who dropped in to do "stuff". Any sewing has been of the curtain alteration - new curtain kind. I've got so many to make I had to buy a whole box of rufflet tape! This is what I chose for the living room. It's by Clarke and Clarke and it's called English Rose sage.
What do you think?

Love the fabric! :) Maybe you'll have leftover bits to start playing with!

Do you still have a big sewing room and back yard?
Love the fabric.
Last weekend at a quilting retreat I made your Everyday bag. Looks so good and admired by all my fellow quilters.
This is the information I am finding everywhere. Its so important to know how to construct a great blog to get people interested and youve done just that. Keep up the good works.
